Update Conductor App
- Update to version 4.27 through App Store/Play Store

Request Remote Support via Conductor
- Settings > Help > Send Remote Support Email or Copy RS Information
- Include “USB Scan Beta Test Participation” in your email subject or message
- We’ll remotely update your system software to the beta version
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the update is complete
