  1. Leave a Comment Below

    • This helps us manage participants and internal communications

  2. Update Conductor App

    • Update to version 4.27 through App Store/Play Store

  3. Request Remote Support via Conductor

    • Settings > Help > Send Remote Support
    • Include “NAS Scan Beta Test Participation” in your email subject or message
    • We’ll remotely update your system software to the beta version
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the update is complete

  • Keep your Aurender powered on and connected to the internet until further notice for quick updates

  • During the New Year holidays (Jan 25 - Feb 1), our global team will be actively managing updates and responses, though they may take slightly longer than usual. Rest assured, you’ll receive our confirmation.
