Just stops playing

I have some issues that it stops playing. No fault message and just push play and it starts again.

We would appreciate if you could provide a little more detail on request.

(Example: the time the problem occurred, the song information)

Hi it disappeared on the next version of software so I didn’t follow up anymore.
